The first rule of interest is concentration. But it is very hard to every people to concentrate peacefully at first time. Your mind always get distracted. You can’t concentrate anymore. And there’s so many people don’t want to do it. But it is reminded that making a better concentration of your mind. That’s why you are doing this meditation.

There are many steps you can follow if you want to concentrate peacefully. Like when we are in radiation, or when always thinking about many things, But you can only concentrate at only one thing. At all listed, please try to concentrate in and only one thing, like during past experience, or any travel, or any future, or in presenter. Just concentrate in only one thing. And that type tried not to think about all other things, except the one thing on your mind. At beginning, can do this thing.

At an intermediate step, you can do only two things.

Let’s talk about the first thing. You can only think about an object like try to draw a picture on your mind of a lightning candle, or only a stone. Or any other thing, just try to make a picture of the object. And only focus on this object which you make. If you can see clearly the object and. Cannot see any other thing, only a black background except the object. They do successfully complicate this step. But it is also very hard step, cause you cannot imagine this thing. You get trouble to imagine any object. You have to do it.

Let’s talk about second set as it is quite easy. In this state, please take an object in front of you. And stare at this object for one to two minutes. After that close your eyes, then concentrate on this object, which you see, and try to draw an image on your mind. At that time, when you get the object to see clearly, which black background, by closing your eyes, you successfully done this step.

And in advanced stage, you can just close your eyes, sit very gently and don\’t try to thinking. You just close your eyes and see a black background, and you cannot imagine, or don’t think anything. This is very hot step, and many cannot do this step. If you try to do this, then, yes, it is clear. You can concentrate it anything of your life. And you can do any work concentrated.
